SolheimsGarasjen is open between 06:00 to 24:00. Payment is done before leaving the vehicle, through payment kiosk or app.

Payment is done before leaving the vehicle, through payment kiosk or app. In NordnesGarasjen you can pay for your parking using EasyPark. Use the payment group 6012.

Payment kiosk
The payment kiosk is located by the elevator going up to Coop Extra, towards the entry point. You can pay using cash or card. Remember to place your ticket carefully to ensure good visibility.
Opening hours: 06:00 – 24:00
Maximum parking time: 2 hours
Height limit: 1,8 m
Parking space width: approx. 2,3 m
Trailers are not allowed

Parking rental
We are unable to offer parking rental in SolheimsGarasjen at the moment, as all spaces are currently occupied. Please contact us for a position on a waitlist, or for other options in the area.
A contract for parking rental can be entered into at any time. Payment is done by invoice and in advance for every month. The contract can be canceled one month in advance, calculated from the current month. At SolheimsGarasjen you will rent a reserved parking space in a separate and closed-off area of the parking garage. The monthly rate is the same regardless of type of vehicle.
- Monthly rate for reserved parking: 2000 NOK per month.
Discount for electric and hydrogen cars
Electric cars with standard Norwegian number plates for electric vehicles (plates starting with EB, EK, etc.) and hydrogen cars (HY) get a 25% discount on regular rates. The discount is applied when choosing the car class “Elbil” using the payment kiosk. The discount is applied automatically when paying using EasyPark.
There is no discount when renting a parking space as the contract is tied to the parking space and not the car.
Mopeds and motorcycles
Mopeds and motorcycles are not exempt from parking fees in SolheimsGarasjen. Regular parking terms apply. Parking outside marked parking spaces is not allowed.
Rates and prices
The rates and prices for parking in SolheimsGarasjen are as follows:
- Monday – Sunday 00 – 24: 17 NOK per 30 min
- EV discount: 25% discount on standard rates and prices

Visitors with disabilities
Vehicles with issued disability permits (blue HC card) may park at no cost.
Charging stations in SolheimsGarasjen
There are 9 available charging stations on the left-hand side by the entry point. These use Type 2 Mode 3 contacts. There is also 11 charging stations in the basement for customers who have rented a parking space.
Vehicles parked at charging stations that are not charging may be issued a penalty charge.
